Hi, I am new here to Aerogarden Growers, I have 3 Aerogardens. I have a Pro 200, a Pro 100 and the Aerogarden Classic. I have been using my aerogardens since Jan of this year, so far I have had Salad Greens, Herbs and Cherry Tomatoes going in my Gardens right now. Today is the day Joe and I are purchasing the Aerogarden. I'm not much of a green thumb but I can't keep spending $4-$5 a pop to buy organic herbs that I don't always finish using. Let's see how I do with this contraption! Continue

The other day I came home to find that my basil had literally grown 2" overnight!

The smell of burnt basil was strong in my kitchen as I peeked under the hood to find a few leaves of the purple basil touching the grow bulbs - it smelled like someone had already been cooking before I got home, and made me hungry for pasta.

So I plucked them and used them in some red pasta sauce (after clipping off the burnt parts) and they were just as tasty as the "unburned" leaves.
